It is my pleasure to offer this letter of recommendation for Brandon Morales! I had the honor of working with Mr. Morales for approximately two years in a corporate environment and on various projects. In this span of time, Mr. Morales did nothing but perform with excellence and produced high quality product in everything he did – database design, technical and end-user training consultation, web design, networking (LAN and WAN) advice, departmental management, project management and team development. I grew to trust his judgment regarding staff management, departmental direction, team development and many other areas, and I came to him for advice often. His input was a very valuable contribution to our team and the support of my management and I still seek his advice and counsel today.
One of the best attributes of Mr. Morales was that he needed almost no – if any – supervision at all. As a macro-manager, this was very important to me. He was not only a self-starter that paid attention to detail; he was always coming up with ideas to improve our current operations and department image and was a great project manager. I always felt confident that he would take care of what I asked him to do; but he went above and beyond that by working with the team to become familiar with their projects and did everything he could to ensure the team was delivering what I asked – and that the results exceeded my expectations.
Though I may sound redundant, it bears repeating: Mr. Morales took the time at the beginning of his tenure with me to learn about my style of management and what I expected of my team, and then he spent the rest of our working relationship matching my style and delivering results that exceeded my expectations. I think this and all the above that I have mentioned illustrates the value Mr. Morales can add to any project or company that employs his services. You will receive excellence, loyalty, dedication and support for any project, endeavor or dreams you may have – almost as if they were his own. I highly recommend Mr. Morales!
With great sincerity,

I have had the pleasant opportunity to work closely with Brandon during his employment at Soft-Train for the past three years. Brandon is one of the most competent individuals that I have had the opportunity to work with over my 14 year tenure at Soft-Train. He continuously strives to work cohesively with all of Soft-Train’s staff. Additionally, Brandon has served as the Project Manager for Sony Pictures over the past two years. As a result of his work and dedication, he has molded one of the most efficient project teams that we have stationed at Sony Pictures. He has successfully trained and motivated his staff through example.
Brandon last served as Operations Manager for Soft-Train managing a team of 19. While in that position Brandon oversaw and was involved in all aspects of Soft-Train. During his time as Operations Manager, Brandon skillfully managed through to completion our company’s new location being remodeled, as well as, the relocation to our new site. Brandon also oversaw the rewriting of all of the procedures for the Operations Department and was a key figure in streamlining several of the department’s policies. Brandon held other responsibilities in this position including: created employee weekly work schedules, employee hiring and discipline, managed our company’s internal network, was the company’s main Project Manager, administered payroll and billing during the month, trained employees, managed vendors and was the technical arm for our Sales Department. In addition, during his years with Soft-Train, Brandon adeptly created and managed the company’s website, created websites for our clients, Authored several books, was an outstanding teacher (average evaluation 9.7 of 10), VBA developer (MS Office Macros), tech support, database design and implementation.
As an employee Brandon takes on his job responsibilities seriously and expects the same of his team. Brandon also bestows a high level of morale to others, which has him well liked amongst his associates. Brandon always has a positive attitude and gives the most of himself but keeps reasonable expectations of others. Brandon has shown the ability to tackle any assignment he is assigned, learn it quickly and handle the project properly. I write this letter with the highest of recommendations for whatever position Brandon decides to pursue. He is an employee that any company would consider an asset.
